The Camelot Courts Subdivision was incorporated in 1968 as a nonprofit organization and originally purchased 8 acres of land, which eventually became the 156 homes in Camelot Courts. Homeowner\u2019s dues cover common area maintenance and subdivision management.<\/p>\n

Home styles consist of ranches and colonials. Several of the higher-priced homes in this community may have seen renovations and upgrades, which could include granite counters, new appliances, new flooring, and updated cabinetry.<\/p>\n
