Birchwood Park is a subdivision located in the northwest section of West Bloomfield Township,   between Willow Road and Commerce Road just west of Keith Road. This collection of 188 homes feature comfortably sized properties, 3 to 4-bedroom layouts with 2+ bathrooms and all have full basements. Most of the homes are brick or vinyl siding and have either two or three car attached garages.

Lots at Birchwood Park are between 1/3 to ¾ of an acre and floor plans from 2200 ft.² to 3500 ft.².  The homes were built between 1995 and 1999. As you drive through the community you’ll notice larger two-story homes, mature landscaping, large trees, and beautifully manicured lawns.

Birchwood Park residents are part of the Walled Lake school district and most children attend Keith Elementary School, Clifford H Smart Middle School, and Walled Lake Northern High School.  Keith Elementary is literally right around the corner from most entrances to Birchwood Park. The high school is about 3 miles from the community.

Residents in Birchwood Park love the Oakland County farmers market just over on 2350 Pontiac Lake Rd. People love this area for its walkability, peaceful community, and dog-friendly neighborhood.  Less than a half a mile away on Union Lake Road are dozens of markets, restaurants, shops, boutiques, fitness facilities, and salons. The Kroger is right around the corner.
