I have purchased multiple homes and worked with many agents and I can say Bruce is one of the good guys. He is experienced, knowledgeable and cares about his clients. Since I did not live in the Farmington Hills area it was a challenge for me to see homes when they came on the market. Bruce worked with my daughter, who lived in the area, and previewed homes on my behalf. The home I purchased was only on the market 2 days before I made an offer and was accepted.
