I chose Bruce among 5 realtors to help me sell my house for the following reasons. (1) he gained my trust when he was straightforward on the price that we could get - versus another that told me what they thought I wanted to hear. (2) he presented a robust marketing program and he actually understood the numbers behind the claims. (3) he would be the one working on selling my home and not someone else at his office. During the process he made many helpful recommendations, he was very responsive and on top of the project. I would definitively retain his services in the future.
