Bruce is just awesome. From the moment he showed us the first place that caught our interest to our closing , he was attentive, available and made house hunting fun! We never felt pressured or swayed to offer more than our comfort zone. Bruce is very well informed and dedicated to his clients and  in constant communication no matter the time or day. We thought his new slogan should be "Simon makes it Simple." He really is the best!
