Olde Franklin Towne is a well-established neighborhood in Farmington Hills Michigan and home to 182 home sites of about a third to a half acre. Almost all of these homes were built between 1965 and1968 and are accessible via two entrances on West 14 Mile Road and one entrance on Middlebelt Road. The great majority of these homes are two-story colonials, with a limited number of ranches and split levels. Most range in size from about 2100 ft.² to 3400 ft.² and have three to four bedrooms and two to three bathrooms and nearly all have basements and two-car garages. Due to the age of these homes, the neighborhood is very well-established with large trees, mature landscaping, and large front and back yards.
Olde Franklin Towne is part of a homeowner’s association which has specific rules when it comes to buying and selling property, daily activity, and general appearance of homes. This keeps things looking consistent and well-maintained. The community also conducts annual events and gatherings such as Halloween contests, ice cream socials, and garage sale events.
