There are two legal descriptions of the Braes of Bloomfield on the corner of Inkster and Quarton and just south of Walnut Lake Road, the Braes Subdivision of Bloomfield and The Braes of Bloomfield No. 1. It’s a unique combination of luxury homes over $1 million and other, smaller homes less than $300,000 all intermingled within the community.
Braes of Bloomfield is a subdivision of 186 homes north of Maple Road and east of Inkster Road. There is a wide range of homes, some as small as 1,400 sq. ft. and others over 5,000 sq. ft. with lot sizes up to an acre. This is not your typical cookie-cutter subdivision. These homes are extremely unique dating back to the 1950s up till today. There are two-story colonial style homes, single-story Ranch homes, modern design, and elaborate brick estates.
